Our OEA Spring Event will take place Thursday, June 23, 2011, at the Barracks, Old Fort York, 250 Fort York Boulevard, Toronto.

The program will include a historic tour of Old Fort York commencing at 5:15 (optional), Drinks at 6:00; Dinner at 7:00; and post-dinner address.

This year's speaker will be John G. Jung, CEO, Canada's Technology Triangle Inc. He will speak to future-proofing our Cities through development of intelligent communities.

This Spring Event presents a great opportunity for you to get together with your colleagues, enjoy a bit of history and look to the future. If you would like to invite guest(s) to attend this event, they are welcome too.

An Ottawa Members Night has been organized for Thursday, May 19th at the Minto Suites Hotel.

The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for anyone who is considering joining the OEA to attend and learn about the organization and meet some of its members. We also encourage those of our membership who do not regularly attend OEA conferences or events, to meet and network with others. This is also an invitation to members to attend with members who have not been active or with prospective new members.

We are excited to have the Minto Suites as the venue for this event. We have secured a private room, where Hors d'oeuvre and complimentary beverages will be provided.
