The 2012 Individual membership fee is $85.00 and the Corporate membership fee is $380.00, both inclusive of HST. If your corporation has more than four members, it is advisable to join under corporate membership since it covers an unlimited number of individuals with your corporation. Addition of individuals can be made to the corporate membership at any time. Please provide a list of the members from the corporation. If members in your corporation are located in different offices, please provide those addresses as well. If payment for membership dues is delivered separate and apart from your membership application/renewal form by your Accounting or Finance Department, it would be appreciated if you could provide me with a copy of the form in advance. Kindly note that credit card payment is NOT accepted.
