Greens, nicoise salad with tuna, baby potato, fresh beans, sliced eggs with tarragon dressing, pan seared chicken breast in a wild mushroom sauce, potato gratin, ratatouille, vanilla crème brulee, coffee and tea.
The seminar materials will be available online only. A link will be emailed to conference attendees prior to the event.
