The OEA Board has formed a Legislative Reform Committee to re-visit the issue of possible amendments to the Expropriations Act. The attached memo is meant as a discussion piece only to prompt comments and discussion over the coming months including at the Ottawa Members Night on May 19, 2016 and the Spring Event in Toronto on June 1, 2016. Please review and attend either forum or provide your responding comments to legislative@oea.on.ca or to any of the Committee members.
